Waitlist information

When you join, we store your email address, signup source, consent status, and signup time. We use that information to provide launch updates and the Orchard Circuit newsletter.

Submissions and corrections

When you suggest a listing or report a correction, we store the information you provide, source links, submission time, and your contact email when supplied. We use it for editorial verification and follow-up, not unrelated marketing.

Abuse prevention

We use short-lived, pseudonymous request fingerprints and submission timing signals to limit spam. We do not store a raw IP address in the editorial intake database.

Service providers

Orchard Circuit uses hosting, database, automation, editorial, and notification providers to operate the site. These providers process information only as needed to deliver those services.

Sharing and sales

We do not sell waitlist information. We do not share it with sponsors for their own marketing.

Your choices

Every marketing email will include an unsubscribe link. Until email delivery begins, you can request access, correction, or deletion by replying to any Orchard Circuit message you receive.

Directory information

Public business and event details are compiled from official or publicly available sources and reviewed before publication. Public submissions and corrections never overwrite a listing automatically.
