We collect only what we need to run the waitlist and, later, the local guide.
Waitlist information
When you join, we store your email address, signup source, consent status, and signup time. We use that information to provide launch updates and the Orchard Circuit newsletter.
Service providers
Orchard Circuit uses hosting, database, automation, and notification providers to operate the site. These providers process information only as needed to deliver those services.
Sharing and sales
We do not sell waitlist information. We do not share it with sponsors for their own marketing.
Your choices
Every marketing email will include an unsubscribe link. Until email delivery begins, you can request access, correction, or deletion by replying to any Orchard Circuit message you receive.
Directory information
Public business and event details are compiled from official or publicly available sources and reviewed before publication. A correction channel will be available with the directory launch.
